The Maxwell Leadership Game is a powerful, game‑based mastermind experience designed to strengthen team communication, trust, and collaboration. In small groups of 6 to 12 participants, we explore meaningful leadership questions that spark reflection, dialogue, and connection.
Grounded in John Maxwell’s values‑based leadership principles, the experience creates a structured yet energising environment where teams can communicate openly, understand each other more deeply, and build a stronger foundation for working together.
