Grounded in John Maxwell’s values‑based leadership principles, the experience creates a structured yet energising environment where teams can communicate openly, understand each other more deeply, and build a stronger foundation for working together. Through thought‑provoking questions and guided discussion, participants gain new perspectives, raise their leadership awareness, and strengthen the values that shape how they show up.
While primarily used as a high‑impact team‑building tool for organisations, the Leadership Game is also offered in select peer‑learning sessions — giving growth‑oriented professionals and entrepreneurs the opportunity to experience the same depth of insight and connection among like‑minded leaders.
